Start with the workflow
Understand the user’s actual constraint before choosing the technology.
Product leader across AI, capital markets, and enterprise automation. I take complex institutional workflows from ambiguous problem to production system — with measurable customer, operational, and commercial impact.
I’m a product leader working where AI systems, financial infrastructure, and enterprise workflows intersect. I’m most energized by problems where the workflow is complicated, the stakes are real, and the product has to earn trust in production.
At Quantile, now part of London Stock Exchange Group, I’ve led products across agentic AI, portfolio optimization, rates, FX, and cross-currency workflows. Before that, at OpenGamma, I built margin analytics for institutional trading and risk teams.
My approach is simple: understand the operational pain deeply, make the system legible, design the smallest product that can create real leverage, instrument it, and keep iterating until the result is measurable.
Understand the user’s actual constraint before choosing the technology.
High-stakes automation needs clear controls, observability, and measurable quality.
Speed is good. Capacity, adoption, capital efficiency, and revenue are better.
